The cases this paralegal will work on include medical malpractice, civil defense, and general insurance defense. Paralegal will be handling files from intake to resolution; extensive trial preparation experience is a must! Main responsibilities will include assisting in the discovery process, drafting legal documents and correspondence, compiling and summarizing medical records, scheduling depositions, pleading, and other duties as assigned.
