Responsibilities:
Recruit qualified applicants using Applicant Tracking System, social media and job boards.
Review resumes and interview candidates to ensure they are qualified for the position.
Assess applicant knowledge, skills and experience.
Process recruitment requests in an efficient and timely manner.
Present a good representation of the company and self to candidates.
Accurately maintain candidate and employee files.
Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of the marine industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to work independently.
Minimum of 1-2 years recruiting in shipyard industry.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to build rapport with candidates and employees.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
