Must have experience related to turning units for move in and property upkeep- This would include assisting with grounds, painting, electrical, plumbing, sheet-rock and carpentry would be items covering turns for move in.
This position is Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with rotating call and possible overtime as required.
Reliable transportation and hand tools will be needed.

Must be dependable, have a valid Drivers License, transportation and be a team player.
