Duties include assisting in apartment leasing, rent collection, creating maintenance work orders, and other administrative duties.
Applicant must have strong computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Knowledge of computer operations and Microsoft Office is a part of the daily operations.
Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills, work well in a team environment, and have a positive attitude.
