BDC/Internet Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will have automotive dealership experience, is technologically savvy, will respond to new customer inquiries, set appointments, and handle online sales.
This position reports to the General Sales Manager.

Handle all incoming internet inquiries and internet phone leads Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection, providing industry knowledge and the highest level of customer happiness Maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company and manufacturer standards Train and mentor Internet Sales/BDC team with processing and completing sales BDC/Internet Sales Manager -
Qualifications:
2-5 years of Automotive dealership experience (Internet/BDC department) Team-player who possesses strong management background and excellent customer service Excellent phone and computer skills Excellent verbal/written communication skills Strong negotiation and presentation skills Valid driver's license Job Type:
