OT/PCN L3 Engineer

Job Description:
Provide PCN/OT networking site services to customer. Act as liaison between the Operations team, IT product lines to identify opportunities, deliver consulting services and ensure successful design, engineering and deployment of OT and industrial networking infrastructure. Deploy, implement, and support a variety of PCN/OT network solutions. Must be able to provide design, configuration, deployment and operational maintenance of network and transport technologies to ensure continuous availability of secured and reliable network services to the facility. o
Responsibilities:
Below are the key responsibilities of the position o Support and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure for PCN networks. o Working knowledge of RF infrastructure and standards supporting PCN/OT data transport o Programming of network components (switches, routers, firewalls, etc) o Provide support and manage Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for all control systems o Support, administration and troubleshooting of hardware, operating systems, and software for PCN/Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) Servers and Workstations. o Build systems as per company's standards, patch management, virus protection, and backup and recovery management. o Maintain IP compliance of all equipment in PCN and DMZ by adhering/implementing company's Information Risk Standards. o Maintaining up-to-date inventory as per company's standards. o License management of all software installed on equipment in PCN and DMZ. o Monitor reliability and health of PCN and DMZ equipment in the form of daily checks. Identify problems and implement corrective actions. Report all issues to management. o Support and integrate information technology standards into the PCN environment. o Supervise and control all vendor's activities related to systems/subsystems during their visit to the facility o Management of all licenses and software installed on equipment in PCN and DMZ o Key Skills/ Certifications/ Criteria o 5
years of experience in Enterprise Network management o Experience on support, administration and troubleshooting of hardware, operating systems, and software for PCN/Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) Servers and Workstations o Associate or higher graduation o CCNA is necessary o PCNSA is desirable Recommended Skills Administration Cisco Certified Network Associate Control Systems Information Technology Infrastructure Management Internet Protocol Apply to this job.
